Due to a continued problem with Covid 19 Goth Unite has been following guidelines by Health Canada to ensure the safety of staff & customers with this being said & having a new storefront these policies are strongly enforced
All customers shopping in-store must be wearing a mask or a face shield no exceptions anyone that does not comply with this policy will be asked to leave until they are wearing a mask with this being said Goth Unite does sell great masks & we have free standard masks at the entrance of the building to help reduce any inconvenience to you :)
All customers must sanitize their hands before touching and merchandise we provide free hand sanitizer at the main entrance to use and on our display counters.
Max of 10 people is allowed into goth unite at a time.
Maintain safe social distance 2 metres (6ft)
Returns with Goth Unite
Due to the pandemic Goth Unite does not have a change room as it is not permitted by the health authorities, therefore Goth Unite offers a 45-day return for exchange or in-store credit all items must be with original tags unwashed unused.
All items that are returned for an exchange go into quarantine for 14 days before they go back onto the shelve.
masks, respirators, underwear, etc are all sales final & cannot be returned.
Orders online or require shipping.
Goth Unite cannot guarantee the arrival time on anything that is being shipped due to the pandemic all of our carriers as of November 20th, 2020 has reached out to us to let us know that there is likely possible delays with UPS,DHL,FEDEX,CANADA POST, and other carriers that may not have been mentioned.
we suggest @ Goth Unite that if you are interested in an item and want it for Xmas or a project we suggest ordering earlier rather then later :)
