Returns or Exchanges
**Goth Unite's Return Policy - Updated 2026**
At Goth Unite, we want you to love your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase for exchanges in size of the same style, gift cards, or refunds (some conditions apply).
**Return Guidelines:**
- Please ensure items are returned unworn. Shoes that show any signs of wear or damage while in your possession will unfortunately not be eligible for return.
- We can only accept returns that are in resalable condition, meaning they must come with the original box, free of any markings or tape. To protect the shoe box during transit, we recommend packing it securely inside another box or a poly bag.
- All returns must include the original packaging in pristine condition.
**Clothing Return Policy:**
For clothing, we have a generous 60-day return policy. Items must be in store-bought condition—new, unworn, and unused. Note that any items returned in damaged condition and deemed unsellable cannot be refunded; instead, you have the option to pay for their return shipping.
Please remember, refunds will be processed as gift cards, with an $8.00 processing fee deducted from the total refund amount.
**Online Orders:**
If you've placed an online order for an item that is no longer restockable at Goth Unite, we are committed to notifying you and offering a refund for those items. However, products that are still available or on their way will not be eligible for refunds and will be shipped as planned.
**Final Sale and Non-Exchangeable Items:**
- Please note that clearance items are non-returnable and are classified as final sale. Double-check your size and color preferences before you order.
- Items in the lingerie category, including clearance/sale items, hosiery, stockings, panties, costumes, pasties, and accessories (like wigs and shorts), are also final sale.
- All lingerie returns undergo a meticulous inspection for wear, scents, and damages. Ensure items are unworn and come with complete original packaging, including tags and hangers.
- Alchemy jewelry can be exchanged for the correct size but cannot be returned unless there is a defect in craftsmanship.

Due to rising shipping costs, please note that customers are responsible for shipping both to and from Goth Unite. While we understand this may seem inconvenient, we firmly believe that ensuring you receive the perfect products is worth it.
