Shipping policy's

Orders Over 150.00 gets free shipping within Canada !!!! please note order must be over 200.00 before shipping and taxes for free shipping to be applied.

please note free shipping is not available from November 24th til november 29th as the store sales are the best price as possible.

Order Processing: Updated June 8th 2021

Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday). 1-3 days processing has been temporary suspended until further notice due to covid 19 and delays of arrivals of products processing time can be from 1 to 8 business days to complete and ship out.

we apologize for any inconvenience & are working on restoring regular processing times as soon as possible.

Shipping Delivery

The following shipping methods are available, Standard Ground (3–7 business days), Expedite (1 business day). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for either shipping method. Some items cannot be shipped using Expedite due to size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground available. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.


Standard Ground:

Shipped orders should arrive in 3 – 7 business days depending on delivery location.


Expedited shipping is only available on select products. Expedited orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11:00 am  Mountain Time on a business day and should arrive in 1 business day. Orders placed after 11:00 am  Mountain Time will be processed on the following business day and should arrive in 2 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery.

Expedited shipping is only service available for Nunavut.

Same Day:

Same-day delivery orders are charged a flat delivery fee based on the order value and are delivered same day if ordered by 1:00pm. Orders after 1:00pm will be delivered the following day. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for same-day delivery, coming soon to Edmonton AB.

What is the "Oversized Shipping" charge?

For some items shipping within Canada an incremental shipping charge may be incurred due to an item’s size and weight. The incremental charge is charged for total quantity ordered. Note: The incremental charge, if applicable, is displayed on product detail pages and throughout checkout.

Shipping Promotion Exclusions

The following items are excluded from shipping promotions: Oversized Shipping Charges and Gift Cards.

Signature Confirmation

Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If signature is required, carrier will make one delivery attempt and leave a notice with instructions on where to pick up the package. The carrier will hold the package for 14 business days before returning it back to Goth Unite.

Ground Delivery

  • Ground delivery costs are at Currently it is $0.87 per standard letter mail mailed within Canada
  • Ground delivery lead time may take up to 4 business days depending on the destination.


Express Delivery

  • Express delivery costs are calculated based on the destination. Costs will be provided once the Shipping Address is entered and 'Continue' is clicked. (Note, clicking 'Continue' will not place your order, you will be given a chance to review your order before placing it.)
  • Express delivery lead time is 1-2 business days depending on the destination.


Shipping Notes

  • Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday (excluding Holidays).
  • All express delivery orders require a street address.
  • Shipping to PO Boxes is not supported.
  • Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses.
  • Please note that orders maybe shipped from suppliers warehouses & may or will take extra time to arrive.

Lost/stolen packages

In a rare event if a package goes missing lost/stolen please contact us immediately to start a lost stolen claim process as we have to contact the shipping carrier to start a claim in order for you to be rem-burst or to send a replacement.
