**Free Shipping Policy**
- **Canada**: Enjoy free shipping on orders of $100.00 CAD and over, before taxes.
- **USA**: Free shipping on orders of $200.00 CAD and over. Please note that prices are in Canadian dollars.
*Please be aware that there may be delays from courier companies and our shipping team during peak periods, such as Christmas and Thanksgiving.*
- If you are in a rural area or outside the city limits, your order will automatically be shipped via Canada Post Expedited service. This also applies if you have a P.O. Box or RPO box. For customers in the Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut, all shipments will be sent via Canada Post Expedited service. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for transit to "rural" locations, as Canada Post typically considers postal codes with two zeros as rural.
- Packages that are unclaimed or marked as "RTS (Return To Sender)" by the courier due to an incomplete address will incur a reshipping charge or restocking fee. Please double-check your address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us via email or phone within 24 hours of placing your order so we can correct it before shipment.
- If you receive a notification that your package has been delivered but you did not receive it, please notify us immediately. We will contact the courier company to start a trace. If the package is considered lost after their investigation, we will reship a new package that requires a signature and proof of delivery. Once we have the proof of delivery for the reshipped package, the courier company will process the final claim approval. Consequently, refunds and gift card options are not available for packages deemed lost or stolen.
- Once an order is submitted, it is difficult for us to cancel or modify it. Please review your order carefully before submitting. If you require a change, email us as soon as possible, and we will try to accommodate your request.
