we are writing about Xmas presents and exchanges for the season we have made some changes to be more effective to prevent anyone from being stuck with something that does not fit.
all orders made online or in store from December 1st til December 31st 2022 cause be exchanged up til January 15th 2023 if you are not able to return it before this stated time please contact us with your information and order number so we can extend the time.
Returns done in store
Please note exchanges and returns can only be either refunded to gift card or exchange on a new item preferred any outstanding balance must be paid directly at the time either by debit or credit cash.
Any remaining balance owed to a customer will be refunded to a gift card that can be used at anytime online or in store.
All returns must be in its original shape when bought new unused with no odours of cigarette smoke perfumes, pet hair etc.
Damaged clothing articles will be refused and considered used and final sale.
Online shipping requirements for exchanges.
Goth Unite does not cover the shipping costs to and from the store to customer for any exchanges.
All online customers that require shipping will be invoiced a shipping bill that can be paid directly when you access your invoice all exchanges to be sent out will not be sent until shipping is paid.

contact lenses, underwear bra's hair dye make up anything that is health related not mentioned or stated will be considered final sale and non returnable.
