Returns/Exchanges Online or in store

Please note footwear only has a 14 day exchange policy.

 we will gladly accept your return or exchange sent within 14 DAYS after receipt (not including time spent communicating with us) so long as the item(s) are in the original condition. Merchandise must be returned in original condition and unworn with all packaging and tags attached. Orders returned without original tags and packaging will be subject to a restocking fee or refusal.. Please specify the reason for your return. All return and exchange requests must be submitted via email to in order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization is not needed if you have a Goth Unite account its free to sign up and use it also keeps track of your order history so we can verify the order to pursue a return for you.

Sale styles are eligible for store credit or exchange only, no refunds. Clearance styles are final sale, no return, exchange, or refund. Each style is marked with eligibility.

Any products purchased on a sale higher then 15% off will not be eligible for a return of store credit unless the product was an online sale and requires a different size anything over 15% off is considered a final sale in store as the change room is available for trying on clothing to ensure the correct size is chosen.

Items that have been washed, altered, have odour (cigarette, perfume, deodorants, pets, etc.), damaged, have stains, or are incomplete will not be entitled to exchange or web store credit

Also note all refunds for all merchandise will be done on gift cards only, we do not refund cash under any circumstances.

  • •All returns must be postmarked within 21 days of receipt, not including time spent communicating with our Returns & Exchanges Department. Returns sent after this time will not be honoured.

  • •The merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging.  IT MUST BE UNWORN.

  • •We do not refund any shipping charges.

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs of subsequent exchanges from the same order.

  • •We do not accept returns/exchanges on custom-made or special order items, undergarments/swimwear, or final sale merchandise. These types of sales are final.

  • •Any returns over $50.00 may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • •We are not responsible for damages occurred during care of an item such as wash/wear.

  • Tears & snags to clothing is not a defect be-aware of this as bondage pants usually on tears can be repaired by a tailor etc but is not Goth Unites responsibility as its considered worn & not returnable.

You will be responsible for return/exchange freight charges. If you have received  wrong or damaged product, please email our customer care at: within 14 DAYS after receipt and we will respond with the appropriate return instructions. Please do not mail any packages COD – they will not be accepted.

Demonia Boots & shoes only a 14 day exchange.

Demonia boots and shoes can be exchange for a different size if the boots do not fit correctly any exchanges made or choosing a different style you as the customer are responsible for paying any cost difference. If the cost is lower then the original purchase and money owing to a customer will be refunded to a gift card & no cash refunds. Also any boots damaged by the buyer or worn outside will not be exchanged or refunded it will be considered a final sale. We will only look into a defects.

In any event Goth Unite reserves the right to refuse any product return that is deemed not valid on the return reason.

Also a reminder face-masks, socks, makeup, underwear Etc are not returnable for hygiene reasons all sales on these items or other products not mention are subject to refusal for returns.
