Good afternoon from Goth Unite! We have some significant news to share. As of December 30th, 2025, Goth Unite will proudly transition to an exclusive online shopping experience. This strategic move is aimed at enhancing our service and keeping prices down for you, our loyal customers.

Our pick-up location will now be situated at our previous store on Whyte Ave, right next to the Blak Bar. If you have any outstanding orders, rest assured they will be ready for you at this new warehousing area on Whyte. We will reach out to you as soon as your footwear is available, ensuring a seamless pick-up experience.

All gift cards will remain valid for use in our online store, and our store phone will continue to be fully operational during this transition. We appreciate your patience as we move forward; however, some service interruptions may occur. We anticipate that all inbound orders will be ready for pick-up by January 15th, 2025. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This decision was not made lightly, as our goal is to provide you with the best possible experience while keeping prices manageable.

Our customer service hours will stay the same for any phone or email inquiries:

- **Tuesday to Saturday:** 12 PM to 8 PM  
- **Sunday:** 1 PM to 6 PM  
- **Monday:** Closed

Please remember that all communications received after business hours will be addressed on the next business day. Additionally, we will be closed on January 1st and January 2nd, resuming our regular hours on January 3rd, 2026.
